Hello Wolverines – Please join us in giving a big shoutout to Kathryn Wanvig! She has 2 boys who play for the Wolverines – Braeden (age 10) is a goalie for U11 2 and my youngest Riley (age 7) is on the U9 4 Blue team.

Here is how she describes her volunteerism with WHC:

“I’m treasurer for both teams and have been for all of their teams since they were both first year U7. I love being able to support them and their teams even though I have never played hockey myself… it’s a small way I can contribute and be involved.”

In her nomination, Kathryn was described as someone who is “so organized, has great attention to detail, and is always willing to help out”.
